By using DogTally, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What DogTally provides

DogTally offers free calculators for dog owners, including a puppy adult-weight predictor, a food portion calculator, and a dog age calculator. We plan to add more tools over time.

Informational use only

DogTally's calculators are for general information and planning. They are not veterinary advice, and they do not diagnose, treat, or replace a professional evaluation of your dog's health. If you have a question about your dog's health, weight, diet, or medical care, talk to a licensed veterinarian.

Calculator results are estimates. They are based on published formulas and data, described on our methodology page, but no formula can account for every dog's genetics, health history, or individual circumstances. Do not use a DogTally result as the sole basis for a decision that affects your dog's health or safety.

No warranty

DogTally is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or accurate for your particular dog. We do not warrant that results will meet your expectations or that any defect will be corrected.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DogTally is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on a calculator result. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages. Use DogTally at your own risk, and use your own judgment, along with advice from a veterinarian, for decisions about your dog.

Intellectual property

The text, design, calculators, and data tables on DogTally belong to DogTally unless otherwise noted. You may view and use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not scrape, copy, republish, or redistribute DogTally's content, calculators, or data tables without our written permission. You may not use automated tools to extract data from the site beyond normal browsing.

Links to other sites

DogTally may link to third-party websites for reference or convenience. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Review the terms and privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as DogTally grows. When we do, we will revise the effective date below. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
